CLR in the Classroom

CLR_in_Classroom

CCRTL’s approach is to combine the best in theoretical research and actual successful classroom practices.  This connection of theory with practice is based on what we do each and every day in schools around the country.

Some of the schools that have been combining theory and practice include our laboratory school, the Culture and Language Academy of Success (CLAS) (www.cultureandlanguage.org) in Los Angeles, Oakridge Elementary School in Sacramento, Kratz Elementary in Ritenour School District (St. Louis) and many others.

We do not just talk the talk, but we walk the walk by bringing educators real results from the high performing students at CLAS. Our team offers the expertise, experience, and success with moving underachieving students towards increased achievement.

Our CLR cadre members share examples of their work below:

Video of CLR strategies in 4th grade classroom (Kratz Elementary--St. Louis, MO)

Educator blog on Standard Academic English (Oakridge Elementary--Sacramento, CA)

Middle School Mathematics Video (Bohannon Middle School--San Lorenzo, CA)
